Accommodation

For MASTERS, OC will provide one hotel in Coimbra, in order to provide the daily shuttles in a more effective way, according to the competition schedule.

Booking and payment for Masters should be done in the individual entry system.  LINK

Cancelation Terms

Until March 10th - Refund 100%
Until April 10th - Refund 50%
Until April 30th - Refund 25%
From May 10th - No Refund

Payments should be made in Euros, and all bank Costs must be paid by the remitter
Debit and credit cards will be accepted at the venue. Extra taxes will apply.

Airport transfer

For MASTERS, OC will also provide arrival and departure transportation , but athletes will need to adapt to the NF team's transportation schedules. Masters must request the transportation
service online in the individual entry system(IES).
