3. Entertainment

The mascot of the Portuguese Canoe Federation, Pimentinha, will be travelling to Szeged, Hungary, to cheer the athletes at the 2018 ICF Canoe Sprint & Paracanoe World Cup 1, in May.

4. Athletes' Area

a) One of the new services to be provided is the Coach Corner, where coaches can watch the competition on television. We are planning a special broadcasting that will follow the athletes like the coaches follow them by bike. In this way, coaches can focus on the performance of their athletes without getting worried about falling off the bike.

b) We will also have a massage service, which will be managed by a specialized company, where athletes can book free massages, book rooms to have massages with their therapists or relax in a jacuzzi.

c) We are proud to announce that the venue will have over 40 LED television sets scattered around.

d) NELO is celebrating its 40th anniversary. As our partner and an ICF Gold Sponsor, they will be responsible for a special Athletes' Lounge named "NELO Lounge". Besides relaxing and chatting with people from all over the world, athletes can watch the race on a 6 m2 screen and also get to know a little of NELO history.
